He is also a Certified Global Career Development Coach & Facilitator, ACTA Trainer, a Certified Behavioral & Career Consultant, and a Certified Stress Management Consultant.
His expertise lies in Career Coaching, Training, Career Development, Facilitation, Mentoring, Conducting Mock Interviews, Employee Relations, and Mediation. He also provides consultation on Human Resource best practices; HR policies; HR benefits & programs.
Herjeet has coached more than 1000 Professionals advance in their careers. He has also helped 175 companies beef up their HR competencies and have advised and helped 350 individuals in settling their workplace disputes and grievances.
He previously held several senior hr managerial positions both on the local and regional front specializing in performance management; talent management; succession planning; employee relations; talent acquisition; learning & development and human resource projects across diversified industries.
His hobbies include reading, watching soccer, watching Netflix & spending time with his family & volunteering in the church.
