Background

To be effective and successful in today’s economy, sales professionals needs to equip themselves with consultative selling skills. They got to deliver value to their clients through consultative selling to create customer’s needs. 

This 3-day workshop will teach participants how to position themselves as a valuable resource to their clients. The consultative sales training will enable participants to sell to client needs and develop a long-term relationship; improving the quality of conversations they have with potential and existing customers and most importantly, how to use consultative selling to close business deals with high margin sales. 

This workshop is to provide participants with a range of selling tools and techniques that will allow them to adopt a confident consultative approach when selling.

Aim

To be able to create customer’s needs and customer’s trust and to influence and persuade different personalities of customers to increase closing ratio

More than 10 years of experience in developing thousands of sales professionals and sales leaders in more than 10 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Germany, Middle East, Brunei, USA, etc.)

She started her career as a telemarketer, who subsequently won accolades for her sheer determination. Later, she promoted to be a Business Development, Key Account Manager and Head of Business Development servicing many MNC and LLC companies. 

In her sales career, she has achieved ‘Top Sales Performer’ consistently for numerous years and other awards, e.g. ‘The Most Promising Talent’ and ‘D’Woman of the Quarter’

Mindie proved that age is not a barrier to success. At the age of 29, she spread her wings to Singapore. As a Regional Sales Trainer in two MNC companies to conduct and champion global sales qualification program & setting up a Regional Sales Academy for Asia Pacific region

She was one of the project leaders in the Global Commercial Excellence Project, which focused on driving sales organization and process and sales force effectiveness. She has experiences in driving and implementing sales coaching culture across APAC countries as well. 

Mindie has successfully helped individual and company increased sales growth by 30% – 400% through effective sales competency assessment, practical sales training, coaching and customized sales tools. 

In the year 2019, Mindie shared the stage with an International Sales Legend, Mitch Carson in Kuala Lumpur and Manila. She also interviewed by Radio Station and TV Station in Manila, Philippines.
